Cancellations / Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, and you will not be able to rebook until this has been paid. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. Nail Art Bookings Please book the correct service for your design. French tips count as nail art. Detailed sets (3D, gems, mixed designs on multiple nails) must be booked under Detailed Nail Art. Repairs If you arrive to your appointment with a broken nail, a repair fee will apply if you would like it fixed during your appointment. Removal Policy I offer removal for both my work and other nail tech’s work. I do not work over another technician’s product, so if you currently have nails done elsewhere, you must book a removal before a new set. Payment Payment is due at the end of your appointment via cash/card/bank transfer.
