HVN NAILS POLICIES 🖤 BOOKING & DEPOSITS A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total. Appointments are not considered booked until the deposit has been received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. NO-SHOWS No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee or prepay for future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future services with HVN Nails. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service or nail art to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. NAIL ART & INSPO PHOTOS Please send inspiration photos before your appointment whenever possible so the appropriate nail art tier and appointment time can be determined. While I will always do my best to recreate your inspiration, each set is individually created and may not be an exact replica of another artist’s work. SERVICE CHANGES Please book the service and nail art tier you are expecting to receive. Major changes at the appointment may not be possible if additional time was not reserved. If you’re unsure what to book, please reach out before your appointment. GEL CONSULTATIONS Hard and soft gel services are customized to the individual client. We will discuss your natural nails, lifestyle, nail goals, and desired length at your appointment before deciding which product will best suit your needs. REMOVALS Please let me know when booking if you currently have product from another nail technician that needs to be removed. Additional removal time and fees may apply. I reserve the right to decline working over another technician’s product if I cannot verify its condition or safely perform the requested service. HEALTH & SAFETY For your safety and mine, services cannot be performed on nails or surrounding skin showing signs of infection, open wounds, or conditions that may make the service unsafe. If necessary, your appointment may be postponed until the area has healed or you’ve received appropriate medical clearance. GUESTS & CHILDREN To maintain a relaxing, private one-on-one experience, please come to your appointment alone unless a guest has been approved beforehand. Children should only accompany you if they are receiving a scheduled service or prior arrangements have been made. PAYMENT Payment of the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Prices may vary based on the service, length, nail art tier, repairs, removals, or additional services requested. SATISFACTION Please speak up during your appointment! I want you to love your nails. You’re encouraged to let me know if you’d like an adjustment to the shape, length, color, or design while we’re working so I can make changes before your service is completed.
