If the kids are wild, let them be wild. 1. Booking & Payment • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. • The retainer is applied toward your total session fee, with the remaining balance due [1 days] before your session. ⸻ 2. Refunds • Retainers are non-refundable as they reserve your date and cover preparation time. • Refunds are only issued if I must cancel and cannot reschedule your session. • No refunds will be given for lack of cooperation, missed shots due to late arrival, or dissatisfaction with style once work is delivered (my portfolio reflects my editing style). ⸻ 3. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling within 48 hours may require a new retainer, unless due to illness or weather conditions. • If the weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., location closures) make shooting impossible, I will work with you to find the next available date. ⸻ 4. Cancellations • If you cancel entirely, the retainer will be forfeited. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the session fee, as that time could have been offered to other clients. • “No-shows” (failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your session start time) will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be given. ⸻ 5. Cooperation Policy • I will make every effort to engage children and capture beautiful moments. However, smiles, specific poses, or full cooperation cannot be guaranteed. • The session fee covers the photographer’s time, creativity, and editing—not guaranteed behavior or specific outcomes. • In rare cases where cooperation is minimal, I may offer a short courtesy reshoot at my discretion, but refunds will not be given. ⸻ By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
