I will be in touch to organise this with you. CANCELLATIONS - Within 48hrs: 50% of the fee to be paid. - Within 24hrs: 100% of the fee to be paid. - No Shows: 100% of the fee to be paid. - Surcharge on public holidays. (10%) I have a 10 minute grace period, if you are running late let me know. If you arrive later then 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and classed as a no show (100% of the service fee needs to be paid).
