⏳ 48-Hour Cancellation Policy I work alone and by appointment only. Cancelling on the day or day before leaves me with an empty hour I can’t fill. This results in a loss of income and your £20 deposit. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If a cancellation fee applies, please pay it without me needing to ask or chase. This is a 30 mins chat about your skin, any concerns, skin routine and what you can do at home to improve your skin, and what treatments you would benefit from. Treatment will not be on the same day.
