Arrival 🕛 • Please arrive with hair washed and blow-dried straight, unless otherwise stated. • Please be on time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed. • A $30 late fee will apply after the grace period. • Appointments may be canceled after excessive lateness. Payment 🧾 • A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via cash ,Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
