Please ensure you understand that cancellations or reschedules are accepted only if made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and a charge equal to 100% of the service cost to cover losses, payable within 48 hours.
