Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy🫶🏽 To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. Booking Fees * Facial Treatments: £20 * Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: £70 * Lip Filler Treatments: £50 All booking fees will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * More than 48 hours’ notice: Your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. * Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Important Information Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect my business and ensure fairness to all clients. Short-notice cancellations and missed appointments are difficult to fill, which results in lost time and income.
