Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. However, deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation. If you reschedule your appointment using the provided link, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Please note that no calls or no-shows will result in a full service fee. Unfortunately, you will be blocked from booking until you have paid. Please be respectful! Last-minute cancellations will incur a $35 fee. If something comes up, please message me directly. DK Nail Studio will not work on nails done by another salon because we cannot guarantee the quality.
