Clients of Spontaneous Kreations may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a $25.00 "No Show" fee. No new appointments will be scheduled until the fee is paid or any outstanding balances are settled. Unpaid services over 30 days will result in the client being ineligible for any future services. Late arrivals requesting rescheduling will also incur a "No Show" fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
