With some sports therapists it’s doom and gloom and focused on getting you in every 4 weeks but Sarah wasn’t pushy and just shared her thoughts about a plan moving forward! Unbelievable value for money and for anybody who is running and suffering with heavy legs regularly get booked in and you’ll feel like your on cloud 9! Highly recommended!!”

SLR Membership
Our sports therapy membership is ideal for those committed to maintaining their body and preventing injury through regular, consistent treatment. The membership includes two sports therapy sessions per month at a discounted rate, supporting your recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing.
To maximise the benefits, both sessions must be used within the same calendar month and do not roll over. Ongoing treatment allows us to proactively manage tension, identify and address issues early, and keep you moving comfortably while performing at your best.
Please note, this membership applies to sports therapy treatments only and does not include hot stone massage.
