By using the services provided by Re-Center. Restore., you agree to fill out and sign all necessary forms prior to the start of your first visit. Clients are permitted to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no fee. However, if a client cancels or no-call no-shows after the 24 hours the client is then responsible for 100% of the canceled or missed appointment at businsses discretion.
