If you can’t make your appointment or need to cancel / reschedule for any reason, please give at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours I require 50% of your appointment total. If you cancel within 24 hours I require 100% of your appointment total. If this fee is not paid, no further appointments will be made. Please arrive to your appointments on time, if you are late that may result in not being able to do the set you came in for, this may mean having to go for a plain set or simple nail art. However if you are more than 15 mins late it may result in having to cancel your appointment. I do not infill other nail techs work, I am happy to remove any product already on your nails done by others so make sure to book in a removal and a full set if you have any product still on your nails. 🩷🩷🩷
