Política e Termos

Booking & Payment- Card details are required and verified with a £1 protection fee to secure all appointments. The card on file will be charged in accordance to the cancellation policy if needed. If you have booked for Nail art but change your mind on the day you will be charged for the full service booked. Cancellations & No-Shows- 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule . Cancellations & reschedules within 48hrs will be charged 50% of the booked service and cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment or failure to attend an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service and charged to the card on file. Late Arrivals- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation and will be charged in line with the cancellation policy. Please DM or call me on Instagram if you’re going to be late. Age Policy & Guests- I do not provide services to anyone under the age of 16. Babies and small children are not permitted to attend appointments, please arrange childcare. Right to Refuse- I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. Policy Acceptance- By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies, including authorisation for applicable charges.
