Thank you for choosing Polish Palace. Arrival Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be considered a missed appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $50 fee, payable before future bookings. Two no-shows will result in removal from booking privileges. Studio Experience Appointments are private and attended individually to maintain a calm, curated environment. Nail Care Maintenance is recommended every 3–4 weeks to preserve nail health and retention. Inspiration Inspiration photos may be shared in advance for a more curated result. Payment Cash or SKNANB Mobile Banking accepted. By booking, you agree to these terms.
