I am in my 70's and I have been coming here on a weekly basis for a number of years. The instructors at Pilates Unlimited are fantastic, and have assisted me in staying strong, mobile and injury free.

Highly recommend Pilates Unlimited! The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. The classes are enjoyable, well-paced, and have made a real difference to my strength and flexibility.

Awesome classical studio who teach the method as it was intended located in a beautiful spot in Ferrymead.

I always enjoy Mary's mat classes, she takes the time to explain what we should be feeling and what muscles we are working, I feel it really helps my posture and core strength.

Rhonda is a fabulous teacher, so patient and gets us working hard every session!

The perfect class for me at the present time. I'm Very happy.

Had a session with Mary at Scoop today. Feel great, strong and ready for the week

Fiona is so professional and detailed instructor. She is very knowledgeable and can adapt different approach to my situation.

Love the new studio with the high ceilings, large windows, views to the estuary. Mary's classes are always great.

Another great session with Natalia today, she has helped me rebuild my strength following hip surgery. My sessions are tailored to suit my needs and how I’m feeling on the day. All the staff are well trained and professional.

As a instructor myself it’s often hard to find a classical studio when on holiday so I was delighted to find Scoop where I booked a private session 1:1 with Mary in the gym on the reformer. Mary was fabulous, knowledgable, informative, and patient, will definitely visit again if I’m visiting Christchurch, Thankyou Mary ☺️

Great to see some positive results already and it has been only 3 sessions!
Thank you, Natalie!!

Good instructors. A very worthwhile experience.

Really enjoyed my session today. Michelle is a great instructor.

Excellent classes. Michelle is highly experienced, patient and explains the movements well

I really enjoy my sessions I find that I have more strength and flexibility than before I started.
The space is pleasant to work in and obv the instructor is knowledgeable and pushes me to try things specific for my needs.

First time back in ages, Mary was great as always.

Looking forward to next week!

Thanks team :)

Just an amazing first experience. I swear I feel taller. The stretchers were deep, with room I can see to improve. Opened chest area, and core. Engaging muscles, I have yet to gain control off. Natalia is a wonderful instructor. So, looking forward to Friday.

Laiza has Great teaching experience and I had really sweaty good work out

I did a Mat class with Sarah this morning, it was a fun class, with a good balance of exercises to strengthen the core, as well as the whole body.

Thanks for the firm and technique-driven sessions.

Very appreciative of the targeted scaffolded session catering for our needs

Loving being back at Pilates! I always feel great after a session. Thank you!

So good to be back after an extensive time away for surgery...loving the class and thanks for arranging some private lessons to cover my specific needs.

Having joined Pilates Unlimited as an older client, I can’t stress enough the change / strength my body now has at 82.
I owe this to my very patient special teaches.

Great that Mary identified which muscles I should be feeling during each exercise and reminding me constantly to use the muscles between my shoulders.

I appreciate the care and professionalism given to me

A great first time experience. Natalia was very patient.

Fabulous reformer session with Rodrigo . He understands my old injuries and he adapts accordingly to get a good solid workout .
I feel so much stronger now and look forward to progressing. Thank you 🙏

A great class with Mary. Good clear instructions and reminders about technique.
Thanks.

Loving the classes. Rodrigo is great and I am feeling much stronger.

One on one with Laiza is very professional and enjoyable. The facility is very well equipped, tidy and clean.

I've been doing pilates for over 25 years now - I love it, but more importantly, my body loves it! I started classes and private sessions at Pilates Unlimited in early 2019 and cannot say enough about the well trained instructors and well maintained equipment. The vast variety of Pilates equipment they have to workout on is like no other studio I've seen. Impressive! My daughter started pilates there at 16, she's now 20 and will be doing it for life!

I have found Pilates really helpful with strength and flexibility-

I love this studio, the instructors are top class, so knowledgable, so kind and enthusiastic!
The sessions are fun and the equipment is amazing.
I've been going since 2000 and love it still!!

I enjoy the Pilates mat classes with Rodrigo, I know I am strengthening muscles, improving my balance, and overall giving my body a good tune up, and having fun at the same time. I'd definitely recommend these classes.

I have been attending Pilates unlimited studio for 4 years. My Pilates teachers are phenomenal! and can honestly say that Pilates unlimited has reshaped not just my body, but my mind and spirit as well.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making every session a highlight of my day!

I have a regular Reformer class with Roderigo and a weekly group Matt class .
I have several old injuries which we work with and around to improve my strength and posture.
I love my one in one session and definitely feel an overall improvement.
I highly recommend this studio.

I love my classes at Scoop both reformer and mat.
The instructors are very experienced.

I have attended Pilates training at Pilates UnLimited since it was originally established, a good many years ago.
I have enjoyed my classes with many of the instructors who I have found very professional and good at targeting my personal needs to keep my body functioning well and maintaining my strength and postural awareness.

Pilates Unilimited Studio was a differentiating milestone in my life that me better understand my body and how through continuous exercise I can strengthen myself.

Love the flexibility of this program and how our strengths and weaknesses are catered for.

I have had the pleasure of being a student of Mary for several months now, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her as a Pilates instructor. She has a warm smile the moment I walk into her class and is both encouraging and supportive of me in my early stages of my fitness programme. A truly exceptional teacher.

Wonderful work out with Michelle . I left walking taller , stretched ,connected having left my sweat mark on the reformer .Now that's the trade mark of a great work out .Thank you everyone in the team at Pilates Unlimited

Its been over ten years now that I've been coming to you...and I must say that it's the best thing I've done for my holistic health...my stress levels...my spine....and general physical well-being. Also being part of your 'pilates family' is awesome. You have nothing but ten out of ten from me.

Pilates with Scoop has become a cornerstone to my wellbeing and fitness. Rodrigo is amazing to train with one on one. He customises sessions to address any niggles or worse that I have picked up with my busy life, calling on his Pilates expertise as well as formal Physio background.

Love my weekly sessions. Marked improvement in my flexibility and attention to correct execution of exercises is really appreciated.

Pilates Unlimited has the most comprehensive range of Classical Pilates equipment I've seen in any studio. Teachers are well trained, friendly and caring. My weekly sessions with Natalia are always enjoyable, tailored to my needs and hard work!

I love Pilates Unlimited and have been coming for more than twenty years (sometimes more off than on). I am always welcomed back and my trainers adapt to whatever break I have taken - health - surgery - holiday and ensure I get an appropriate, but demanding, program. I will continue coming here for as long as I’m standing!

It’s a very safe environment to try and build better posture and work on our cores. Rodrigo knows what he is doing and keeps just pushing hard enough. Can’t say I love going but I love the feeling in my body after class; stretched, standing tall and weirdly relaxed. My husband has Parkinson’s and it has made a noticeable improvement in his posture and movement.

Love how individual needs are catered for. Always a warm welcome at the studio 😊

A very traditional but EXCEPTIONAL pilates studio! If you are serious about getting results this is your place.

The classes are very good with good preparation and extension ensuring we improve as the weeks go on.
Thank you.

very professionally run, excellent instructors , both indidually and in class, who really care about us. Also very flexible as many of us are away for chunks of time. Unfailingly good fun and always a first priority in my calendar

A truly professional studio with experienced, highly trained practitioners.

So glad Romanas Pilates is part of my everyday life to future proof my body thanks to Pilates Unlimited
