Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Late Clients will be given 20 minutes grace period. If the client didn't show up after the 20 minutes grace period, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. No Companion Policy For the Safety and Security of the Nail Technician since it's homebased.
