Reiki is the life energy flowing through all things that are alive. This healing art originated in Japan as a technique for promoting relaxation and healing and releasing stress and tension. It is done through light touch or with hands slightly above the body. You will leave your session feeling very relaxed and with less stress!

Direct suggestions will be made to the subconscious mind. Within a period of time after a hypnosis session, a person will experience benefits, such as lightness, release and understanding. It can be different for everyone and depends on the symptom and what result they are looking for. The average hypnosis sessions that are required are approximately 4 - 6.
