*UPDATED POLICY* Every booking requires a €15 deposit. This can be sent to my Revolut, if you don't already have it please message me. Appointments will be accepted only after the deposits are sent. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. When booking, you are agreeing to this policy. In case of a no show or a last minute cancellation on the day of, the full amount is required. If this is not paid no future appointments will be made. Please come alone to your appointment. If you are getting nails, please send me a picture of the design before your appointment. If getting eyelash extensions, please come to your appointment with no products on or surrounding your eye area. This includes mascara, serums , moisturizers etc. as this affects the glue. A €5 fee may be charged otherwise. I accept cash and revolut only. Thank you for understanding and hope to see you soon <3
