By booking an appointment with Mere Image Hair Salon, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Mere Image Hair Salon. We require a 100% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Mere Image Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason; clients are responsible for any damage caused to salon property, and the salon is not liable for any injuries sustained on salon premises. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mere Image Hair Salon and its employees from any legal claims arising from services provided, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
