Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. If your pet is matted or has special concerns it may take more time to properly groom. Also the risk of injury is much higher. Be advised i will not be liable .
