Appointments: Late Policy: There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Being later than 15 minutes will result in a no show and will be charged a $25 fee per dog. Cancelations and No Shows: No shows and cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a $25 fee per dog which must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. After 2 no shows or cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice all future appointments must be prepaid before any service will be given. Your prepaid appointment will then not be refunded if you cancel or no show without notice. Pick Up: Pick up will need to be within 30 minutes of being notified that your dog is ready, failure to do so will result in a daycare fee of $1/minute. *We understand emergencies and unexpected events happen, please reach out to us if anything occurs and we may be able to accommodate you*
