In case of appointment cancellation or no-show. - if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your payment will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
Sometimes due to weather, an appointment may have to be rescheduled, and you will not lose the number of appointments purchased. If you cancel the remainder of a promotion package purchased, any refund will be based upon the difference between price paid for a package, less the number of sessions completed, but at the regular price of completed sessions ($120/session completed). Any videos or pictures taken during and for training sessions, are the property of KATA*K9, and can be used by KATA*K9 for promotional and training purposes. Please allow 24-72 hours for completion and delivery of INTAKE SESSION NARRATIVES.
