It is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns. ⸻ Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be scheduled through: HEARTOFBASETHEALING.COM * Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PST) * Appointments requested through social media direct messages will not be accepted. ⸻ Payments * Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with 50% deposit (non refundable) * Saving a payment method is required for the deposit ⸻ Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Clients may choose to pay the 50% deposit or the full session amount at the time of booking. * If the full session amount is paid at booking and the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed (no-show), 50% of the total payment will be refunded, and the remaining 50% deposit will be retained. * If only the 50% deposit was paid at booking, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show. * If you need to make changes to your appointment, please communicate directly with Syla Baset as soon as possible. ✨ These policies help ensure appointment availability, honor reserved session times, and support the continued operation of Heart of Baset Healing. ✨ ⸻ Session Recording For the safety and protection of both client and practitioner, all Reiki sessions (in-person and distance) may be recorded. ⸻ Pet Reiki Sessions To ensure a safe and positive experience: * Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. * Pets should be comfortable with human touch and nearby objects. * If any signs of aggression or distress occur, the session will be terminated without refund. If your pet may feel: * Protective * Territorial * Anxious or uncomfortable A Distance Healing session is strongly recommended. ⸻ In-Person Session Safety For sessions held at your location: * If at any time the environment feels unsafe or uncomfortable, the session will be terminated without refund. ⸻ Minors * Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during all sessions (in-person or distance). ⸻ Agreement By booking a session with Heart of Baset Healing, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
