Up to 15 mins late then the appointment will be considered a no show, no show fee will be applied. No show fee is 100% of the regular groom cost. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Less than 24 hours notice fee is 100% of grooming cost. Fees must be paid immediately.
