Deposits are non-refundable in case of under 24 hour cancellation or no-show. If a client needs to cancel more than 24h prior, deposit is refundable and no other payment is implied. After the 24-hour window, there’s a fee to cancel, 100% the cost of the service booked. Clients later than 15 minutes maximum will be asked to reschedule and pay a no show fee equivalent to the price of the appointment.
