You may book from 20-60 minutes. The price will vary depending on the time you use. We recommend building up time and temperature. You are welcome to go in and out of the sauna during this time for your comfort. We have a hygiene & hydration station in the room. Please bring your own towel to sit on. Note: the sauna is not suitable for certain conditions. Please message with any queries, there will be a consultation form to fill out prior to use. We may ask you to get advice from your GP or health care provider.
