The session may include a combination of manual therapy, movement assessment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education to help you understand your condition and manage symptoms effectively. This appointment is ideal for straightforward injuries, follow-up sessions, or clients who do not require extended treatment time.

Designed for people with more complex needs, multiple injuries, or long-standing problems. Mums-to-be need deep massage too. Pregnancy doesn’t mean fragile! Tight backs, hips, glutes and shoulders still need effective, targeted treatment — not feather-light massage.
