Payment is usually taken at the end of your appointment, unless the session is being purchased as a gift. Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer. A chaperone is available on request for all appointments. Please let me know in advance if you would like one present.

Physiotherapy session (45 minutes)

This 45-minute physiotherapy session is suitable for the assessment and treatment of most musculoskeletal conditions. It provides sufficient time for a focused assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and the prescription of tailored rehabilitation exercises. The session may include a combination of manual therapy, movement assessment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education to help you understand your condition and manage symptoms effectively. This appointment is ideal for straightforward injuries, follow-up sessions, or clients who do not require extended treatment time.

Extended Physiotherapy appointment

Designed for people with more complex needs, multiple injuries, or long-standing problems. This longer session allows time for: • A thorough assessment • Clear explanation of what’s actually going on • A proper hands-on treatment • A tailored rehab plan you can realistically follow Ideal if you have: • More than one injury or pain area • Chronic or recurring problems • Complex movement issues • A history of failed rehab If your problem isn’t straightforward, this is the appointment that gives it the attention it deserves.

Mum-to-be MOT

Mums-to-be need deep massage too. Pregnancy doesn’t mean fragile! Tight backs, hips, glutes and shoulders still need effective, targeted treatment — not feather-light massage. When delivered by a trained professional, deeper massage can be safe, appropriate, and hugely beneficial throughout pregnancy. Chaperone offered for all appointments.
