Reservations at Divikelu Nails beauty Spa are confirmed at the time of booking. To secure your appointment, we request a registered card at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 40% of the value of the appointment may apply in case of late cancellation or non-attendance. Customers can cancel or reschedule up to 15 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this period will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered when possible, but late arrivals may result in a reduced appointment or a rescheduling at the discretion of the business. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must report and communicate any allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions before their appointment, and they must arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once the service has been completed.
