Darzzling Nails – Policies & Terms PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ~Cancellations~ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit to a new date and time. Cancellations made outside of this window will result in loss of deposit. ~Nail Art Inspiration~ Please send your nail art inspiration at the time of booking through the number shown. This allows me to properly assess the design and schedule the appropriate amount of time for your service. ~Service Time~ Appointments may take 1–5 hours, depending on the service and nail art selected. Quality takes time, and I ensure every client receives their money’s worth. ~Existing Nail Sets~ Please arrive bare-handed if possible. I do not work over other technicians’ work. •If you arrive with nails not done by me, a $20 soak-off fee is required before your service. •If the product is MMA, an additional $10 fee will apply. •Please note that soak-offs may affect timing and could result in rescheduling if the appointment runs over. ~Refunds & Repairs~ NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue, I am happy to fix the nail(s) or offer a discount toward your next set. •Complimentary fixes are available within 3 days of your appointment. •After 3 days, a small repair or replacement fee will apply. ~Liability~ Once you leave my chair, I am not responsible for irritation, infection, or physical damage to the nails.
