A 1 hour sports massage (with or without dry cupping/IASTM) to release tension in a few areas (e.g. back or legs)

Full Body Massage/Cupping/ IASTM session (1.5 Hours)

An hour and a half sports massage (with or without dry cupping/IASTM) to relieve tension in all the muscles of your body (e.g. Legs, back and neck)
