Your card stays safely on file, and you skip the fee every single time—unless you cancel last-minute. ⏱️ Cancels, Late Rules, & No-Shows Late Cancels & No-Shows: Any appointment cancelled last-minute or completely ghosted will be charged 50% of the service balance.
