DEPOSIT FEE: $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment & goes toward the price of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations or no shows. Accepted payments: Cash / Zelle / Cashapp / Apple Pay LATE POLICY: Please contact if you are arriving late. Anything past 20 minutes will be rescheduled. Please understand I do have clients booked directly after your scheduled appointment. MINORS: Minors MUST have a notarized form completed before appointment time. Must have parent/legal guardian present and both have IDs. Minors under 16 years old cannot get a tattoo in the state of Florida.
