Please read thoroughly and agree. • 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 • I make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Brow Lounge. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed via Email or WhatsApp. • 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 • All services are non-refundable but I will be more than happy to schedule a corrective  service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have changed your mind about after the services were performed. In the event of a disagreement, a re-service must be validated by myself. Customers have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complementary service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date. • 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • If you choose to cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment, you are liable for the full cost of your booked service. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 • In order to respect the time of our technician, all appointment no-shows are subject to a full cost of service no-show fee. Please be advised if you no-show on a rescheduled appointment (a second no-show) we will not schedule any future appointments without first collecting full payment for your needed service(s) in your initial booking. • 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 • We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with me. In order to respect the time of both our clients and myself, I simply asks that you notify me  of cancelation, changes or reschedule your service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This policy ensures that technician has ample time to fill the appointment slot. Should you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled service you will be held liable for full cost of your service. • 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 • Please be courteous to your technician and fellow clients by arriving on time (or early) to your scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment and you have not notified your technician. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled to the next available date & time. You will be held liable for any owed amounts for the booked slot as for this error. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 • Brow Lounge asks that you please bring only yourself to your scheduled appointment. Any extra guest or children should be receiving a service. Please do your best to honor this policy. In the event that you do not honor our requests, your appointment will forfeited or rescheduled. • 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 • Brow Lounge has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior before or during the scheduled service. • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 • Brow Lounge reserves the right to invoice a client who breaks or damages any property within the salon space and payment is to be made within 7days failure to adhere will result in facing legal action. • 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗲 • Please request banking details soon after requesting an appointment in order for you to pay the R100 Non Refundable Booking Fee , once your Proof of Payment has been receiced via Whatsapp 074 697 97 82 , only then your booking request will be approved!! Balance is payable a day ahead of your appointment in via instant EFT. • 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 • Cash or Instant EFT (Bank Info on request) Balances are due on or before your appointment (EFT must be instant payments) ** Please be advised that the salon closure times will take place depending on what the emergency is or other personal reason but will be done at the discretion of the owners, please keep an eye on Brow Lounge's Social Media Pages for any such notifications.
