By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policies. ⸻ Payments & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service. • Remaining balance is due in cash at the time of your appointment. • No refunds under any circumstances. ⸻ No-Shows & Cancellations • A $75 no-show fee will be charged if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours. • Failure to pay will result in being blocked from future bookings. ⸻ Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. • To continue service (if time allows), a $25 late fee applies or you must rebook with a new deposit. ⸻ Hair Prep Requirements • Hair must be washed, blow-dried, and fully detangled. • No oils or heavy products. • Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around. Failure to meet prep requirements may result in refusal of service. ⸻ Service Details • Hair is included with all services. • Style, length, and color must be selected at booking. • Changes must be made 24 hours in advance. • Same-day changes incur a $50 emergency fee. • Same-day bookings: Please text the business number to confirm availability before booking.
