*non-refundable deposit required to complete booking. It will be taken off the total of the tattoo. Can be transferred to new appointment time twice. *15 minutes late without communication is considered a no call/no show. 30 minute grace period with communication. *No call/no shows ban you from making future appointments. *No call/no shows and cancellations w/o rebooking will forfeit deposit. *Please let me know 48 hours in advance if you have to cancel. This allows me enough time to fill the slot so that I don’t have to miss out on a full day’s wages. This is my full time job, and I rely on making income daily to pay my bills.
