Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. However if you should give less than 48 hours notice you will be liable to pay 50 % of groom price and no further booking will be made until this has been settled. An additional £10 matting fee will be added if your dog is severely matted. An additional £20 fee will be added if your dog is covered with fleas and they will needed to be collected ASAP . Please do not bring if they do have fleas to your knowledge. An additional £5 per every 15 minutes late will be added. Lateness will put an add on effect to the rest of the day and other clients.
