On Your Own Training Program

On Your Own: A strength training program for those who are disciplined enough to come to the gym themselves and do not want ongoing private instruction. It includes: - An in person (or virtual if preferred), two hour assessment of your body’s mechanics - Two, one hour exercise circuits to be performed on your own, twice a week - Individualized exercises for your needs - All information is yours to keep and use for reference - Videos of exercises for reference - Two additional private training sessions to ensure your progress, knowledge and safety of exercises. - All Payments must be made at the NOAC front desk.

Getting Started Assessment

Would you like to feel more comfortable in and around the gym? Want to know what equipment is best for you and your needs? You’re not ready for a full blown program just yet but you would like some direction? An assessment could be just right for you. It will include an in-depth screening of your body’s abilities to move in basic strength movements like squats, chest press, deadlifts, etc. This is a best practice for anyone wanting to build a quality and safe fitness regimen. You will leave this assessment feeling more confident, motivated, and knowledgeable. For anyone seeking ongoing training, this is the perfect way to see if we will be a good fit. Suggested but not required. Ready for your own independent program now?! Check out my On Your Own service option. All Payments must be made at NOAC front desk.
