To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, I ask that you please read and agree to the policies and procedures written below. 1. New Client Deposit Requirement To secure your appointment time, a non-refundable deposit of $20 per service is required for all new clients. · Payment Method: This deposit must be paid via Cash App or PayPal before your appointment is officially accepted and added to the schedule. · Application to Balance: This $20 deposit will be deducted from your final total at the end of your completed appointment. · Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule your appointment one time using this deposit. If a second reschedule is requested, a new $20 deposit will be required to re-book. 2. Arrival, Tardiness, and Late Cancelations I value your time and ask you value mine as well as other clients. Please plan your travel accordingly to respect the appointment block reserved just for you. · Check-In Timing: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to select your colors/settle in. · Late Policy: · 10+ Minutes Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a "No Show" and will be canceled/rescheduled. You will be subject to a No Show fee of 50% (half) of the total service cost. · 5–10 Minutes Late: If you arrive between 5 and 10 minutes late, a $5 Late Fee will be added to your final bill to account for the delay in the schedule. · Late Cancellation / No Show: Life happens, and communication is key and taken into consideration. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of $20 per service booked, or 50% of the service cost (whichever is lower) . 3. Guest Policy (No Children) I love kids, but for their safety and your relaxation, I maintain a strict "No Children" policy unless they are receiving a service. · Safety First: The salon contains harsh chemicals, sharp tools, and expensive equipment that pose a danger to unsupervised children. · Relaxation: This is your time to unwind without distractions. · Exception: If you have discussed bringing a child with me prior to your booking, this may be waived on a case-by-case basis. 4. Health, Allergies, & Medical Concerns Your safety is my top priority. Please be aware of the following: · Common Allergens: The products used in this salon (including gels, adhesives, oils, and massage creams) may contain tree nuts, latex, formaldehyde, and other common allergens. · Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform me at the very beginning of your appointment if you have any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (such as pregnancy, diabetes, or circulatory issues) that could affect your service.
