-Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time - clients must come with bare hands unless they booked a soak off - no extra guests are allowed - an inspo picture is not required but is helpful as I am still a beginner and may not have the tools I need for specific designs - no refunds and discounts!!
