I was seen at very short notice with an extremely painful back.
I was assessed and treated  and with two treatments felt much better within two weeks. The exercises helped a great deal.
Qi is extremely competent, patient, understanding and professional.

 I’ve had a knee problem for a while now so I booked in with chi and after an initial consultation to figure out my problem ( over stretched ligament ) we were able to set in motion a set of exercises and some manipulation and acupuncture to ease the tension around my knee in order for it to start healing … 
I’ve had a couple of trips to the clinic now to keep on top of the situation and I can honestly say she’s been absolutely amazing in knowing why and what treatment to give me 

Qi was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely be rebooking in the future

I found this practice whilst looking for an alternative to the woeful NHS Ascenti app based program.
Qi is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I began to see an improvement in my symptoms after just one appointment. 
Acupuncture  has been extremely helpful to me in the past but is a treatment I know I'm very unlikely to be offered by my GP.  Finding someone who can combine this with traditional physiotherapy was very important.
At present I would  highly recommend this practice.  

I first visited after completing a 35 mile walk. The sports massage that I received was really beneficial. Qi is extremely knowledgeable. From that appointment I discussed my posture concerns and booked in for another session. Once again Qi was really helpful and knowledgeable; she performed fire cupping and acupuncture, as well giving me some strengthening exercises. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

I went to see Qi about Tendentious which was causing me issues when walking. Not only did treat the problem but explained why it happened and gave me deep tissue massage and followed up with exercises  I  could do at home.  I would higkt recommend her and clinic 

Quick availability for appointments Qi is extremely acknowledgable and was very sympathetic with my symptoms and listened to me. Had 2 visits and on both treatments I have come away feeling positive about my recovery and getting back to normal

I felt Qi took time to  form her own assessment of my case and over a number of visits gave me the impression that she had got to the root cause of my problems which she was then able to treat with positive results.
She also sent me exercise programs to follow in between visits.

Been having Physio at Ashton Sports Therapy weekly for 6 weeks now after on going issues and in particularly a recent accident I sustained. During this time my symptoms have significantly improved! I have also been attending Pilates too which is brilliant!

Been suffering from heel pain since April and after several GP visits, misdiagnoses and subsequent ineffective physio sessions I turned to Qi/Ashton Sports Therapy. After just a couple of sessions Qi understood what the issue was and carried out the appropriate treatment and exercises. I'm (very) happy to report that the issue is  now being succesfully treated and I hope to return to my usual activies quite soon. I can't recommend Qi highly enough.

Qi is fantastic. So knowledgable and thorough with her assessments and techniques. I go to Qi every 4 weeks to maintain a few problem areas and it’s been a huge benefit to my running and general aches and pains.
