A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. • If proper notice is given, you may transfer your appointment to a new date within 30 days of the original booking. • Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee. • For cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new retainer fee will be required to book any future appointments.
