I had a free 15 minute phone consult with Aaron today to get a feel of whether I would have a physical consult with him or not. I knew I liked him as soon as I heard his voice, but also beyond that I was confident he could really help me from what he explained to me. I will definitely follow through with a session with Aaron :) 

First phone call with Aaron - a refreshing approach. 

I was looking for a specific therapist, someone with a different approach to see if I could shift and clear some old painful memories  that I carry and I think I have found the right person to do this with.  I only have had one session and when I left Aaron’s place yesterday I felt already different - lighter, more empowered!!! I left with tools that I can now start practising to
“The old” but also use for the future! I look forward to my next session 🥰

Profound and unique experience that I will always be grateful for. Aaron is perceptive, kindly and has a wide experience to assist you. I found it challenging at times as he drew forth that which I did know, but thought I didn't on an everyday level, so I would know and lean into it. That new knowing has changed me forever and I will be better for it. I am already more comfortable at my core and it has only been a matter of days.

Really appreciated working with Aaron.  He's a straight shooter and an empathetic listener.  He detected certain behavioural & thought patterns of mine & helped me identify their root cause.  He then used various NLP techniques to help me deal with it.  Consequently, I am less emotionally volatile & “triggerable”, & I have greater compassion for my younger self & for my parents. I even spent a weekend with someone who used to repulse me & I found myself responding with equanimity. Amazing!
