Profound and unique experience that I will always be grateful for. Aaron is perceptive, kindly and has a wide experience to assist you. I found it challenging at times as he drew forth that which I did know, but thought I didn't on an everyday level, so I would know and lean into it. Really appreciated working with Aaron.  He's a straight shooter and an empathetic listener.  He detected certain behavioural & thought patterns of mine & helped me identify their root cause.  He then used various NLP techniques to help me deal with it.  Consequently, I am less emotionally volatile & “triggerable”, & I have greater compassion for my younger self & for my parents. I even spent a weekend with someone who used to repulse me & I found myself responding with equanimity. Amazing!
