I now use 'Card Capture' instead taking deposits so 100% of your bill is due on the day of your appointment via cash or bank transfer. Your payment details are securely stored on file. They will only be used to collect missed payments in line with my cancelation policy. Clients have up until 24 hours before their appointment to reschedule otherwise the full payment amount will be taken. No shows will be billed the full amount.
