Booking a slot means you agree to everything below. 💳 PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. (Balance is paid via EFT or cash ) ⏰ TIME & PUNCTUALITY Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. A R100 late fee will be charged if a client is more than 10 minutes late and if you are 30 min late your appointment will be cancelled. ❌ CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit their deposit and will be charged another 50% deposit to book again. ✨ REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS If your nail beds are short, bitten, or damaged, the result will differ from those long, flawless Pinterest sets. Bring a realistic inspiration picture for your make up/ nails 🚫 I won’t perform miracle work, I enhance what’s naturally there. 📸 CONTENT I may take pictures or videos of your nails/ Facebeat for content. If you’re uncomfortable with that, please let me know upfront. 👭 NO GUESTS POLICY To keep the space calm, focused, and comfy for us both, please come to your appointment alone. My setup is small and cozy, so unfortunately I can’t accommodate any plus ones, friends, kids, or partners. Let’s keep the space peaceful and all about your pampering. MAKE UP CLIENTS It is advisable that you exfoliate, remove excess facial hair(e.g mustache) and drink water for a better finished look.
