• DEPOSITS: A $35 deposit ($50 for two-person appointments) is required to confirm your booking and will be applied toward your total service cost. • TWO-PERSON BOOKINGS: Both guests must arrive together, at the scheduled appointment time. This appointment cannot be split or attended separately. If only one guest arrives, the deposit will not be refunded. • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Changes made at least 48 hours before your appointment will have the deposit fully refunded or transferred to your new date. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.* • NO-SHOWS: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.* *This fee helps cover the time that was reserved specifically for you and could not be rebooked on short notice. We appreciate your understanding. • LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may be treated as a no-show. • AGE REQUIREMENT: Clients must be at least 14 years old. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide consent at the time of the appointment. • THE PEARLY WHITES PARTY: WEDDING PREP: Must be booked at least 30 days in advance to secure your date. A $500 deposit is required to confirm your booking, applied toward your total. The rate is secured for the full group and will not be adjusted for day-of no-shows. Changes made at least 30 days before your reserved date will have the deposit refunded or transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
