Off The Hook K-9

By booking with Off The Hook K-9, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period of 15 minutes may be offered where possible, but late arrivals after 15 minutes may result in a $25 late fee. If an appointment is cancelled same day the client is responsible to pay the entire fee of reserved appointment. If an appointment is cancelled the day before scheduled appointment there is a $25/per dog. To avoid cancellation fees please notify us outside of a 24 hour timeframe. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
