Clients can reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment requires a 50% cancellation fee, however, 25% of the fee will go towards their next appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours of their scheduled appointment requires a 75% cancellation fee, 25% of this fee will go towards their next appointment. No Call/No Show requires an 100% cancellation fee that is to be paid before being able to book any future appointments. No % goes towards next appointment. (3) No Call/No Show appointments in a 6 month timeframe will result in being blocked from my books. Emergencies happen! I completely understand that. If you have an appointment scheduled with me and something comes up, please message me at your earliest convenience and I am more than happy to work with you to get you rescheduled!
