Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A valid credit/debit card is required to book and is kept securely on file. To help keep the account secure and support ongoing platform improvements, there is a $1.20 processing fee. That fee total will be discounted off of the service price at time of service. Thank you for understanding.

• Free cancellation/rescheduling: Up to 24 hours before your appointment. (Example: for a Wednesday 10am appointment, cancel or reschedule by Tuesday 10am.)

• Late cancellation (50% fee): Less than 24 hours' notice, but before the day of your appointment. (Example: for a Wednesday 10am appointment, cancellations from Tuesday 10am through Tuesday 11:59pm.)

• Same-day cancellation or no-show (100% fee): Any cancellation on the day of your appointment, or not showing up. (Example: for a Wednesday 10am appointment, cancellations anytime on Wednesday.)

Late arrivals: After 15 minutes, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and the applicable fee may apply.

Please cancel or reschedule by text/DM so there's a clear record. Exceptions for emergencies are at my discretion.
