Policy and Terms

If you cancel on the same date as your appointment, or fail to turn up (no-show) you will be asked to pay the full appointment cost. This is because it does not give me enough time to fill your appointment and therefore I occur a loss of earnings. If you cancel with less than 24hr notice you will be asked to pay 50% of the cost of the appointment. Payments must be made in order to book a new appointment. If you arrive late to your appointment I may not have the time to do the service/nail art you have booked. I will always do my best but I can only do what I have time for. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and charged as a no-show. Thanks, Aileen x

Extensions plain colour

✨️This service includes full extensions with a plain gel colour. Extensions are a great way to add length to your natural nails and, with the right aftercare, will last up to 4 weeks. You can then book for a refill, where I will rebalanced the nail, take off length and reshape if needed and give you a fun new design!

Refill plain colour

✨️This service includes a refill and plain gel colour. No nail art is applied. Extensions should be refilled every 3-4 weeks. This is where any lifting will be removed, the nail will be rebalanced, refilled and reshaped and a new design applied. Please note that leaving your extensions longer than 4 weeks can cause damage to your natural nail.
